Our evaluation methods are based on competence evaluation. We are specialized in IT and finance fields. The interview and testing situation starts from the general level and ends up to very specific details regarding the job field and work tasks. Also communication, information sharing, and presentation skills of the candidate will be evaluated.
In special cases we provide psychological evaluation, if needed. For these cases we recommend combined competence and psychological tests in order to keep the job task oriented approach in process.
