VPS had a great applicant. However, just then there was not a client with a matching need. What did Henna from VPS do? She asked our marine network, and soon got a great lead. Jouni, the owner of a cosy wooden house Hotel Palo in Naantali, knew the owner of a company who had not yet voiced their need for a skilful worker.

Henna contacted the company owner, the applicant skills matched the need, and the contract was signed.
