Every office’s assistant at your service – Meet Tiina Ansell from our member company All in Order VA

Who are you?
I am Tiina Ansell, founder of All in Order VA Virtual Assistant Services and Virtual Assistant. I come from the corporate world with over 20 years of experience in working for both start-up and well-established companies. My former career has taken me abroad to work for  international companies in project coordination and business support roles. My years in various administration and management roles in fast-paced and growing companies, has given me a great understanding of what a business needs to run efficiently. I am super-organised hence I chose the name ‘All in Order VA’- it describes me and my work methodology very well.

What is your company specialized in?
We are specialized in administration, business support and project coordination services.  We work remotely and virtually with the client, unless the task requires presence at the client’s premises.

Tell us about your clients?
Our clients are business owners and companies who require assistance in business functions either on a once-off or more regular basis. They usually have a need for more hands in the business quickly, and to save time or for lack of it, and for cost efficiency, are outsourcing tasks.

What services or products do you offer to other YardMate members?
We are offering all above mentioned services in a flexible and tailor-made format.

What are your expectations for YardMate?
We wish to reach the YardMate members to introduce our services and establish how our expertise can help in managing and growing their business. We also hope that the YardMate network will help us to introduce our services to potential customers.

Meriaura at YardMate meetup

Sustainability, flexibility and innovations. Esko Pettay, Operator, Sustainable Development and Weather at Meriaura, was YardMate September meetup’s keynote speaker. Meriaura as a company, reducing logistic chain emissions, what Meriaura needs from their current and future suppliers and much more. Esko held our interest! 

We also heard from YardMate working for the network at BALTEXPO 2019, and the Hospital Ships Re-imagined project. 

YardMate and some member companies participated in the project kickoff forum, and the group of interested members that have special expertise to offer is growing.

Tallink Silja at YardMate meetup

YardMate strengthens the Polish business link

Maritime industry in Poland is robust and has numerous potential business partners for Finnish companies.

Ismo Karjalainen, YardMate sales, attended Open to Scandinavia B2B event held May 23rd in Elblag, Poland. The event attracted around 70 carefully profiled companies. YardMate met several Polish enterprises and strengthened the foundation for potential collaboration in maritime industry sector.

YardMate member company Hivemind CEO, Aleksandra Karimaa (above, second on the right), an expert in Polish-Finnish business, was invited as a panel member to speak of business ecosystems. She explained how international growth can be achieved via exporting products/services as a group of companies.

A Polish delegation invited by Business Finland will visit Turku, Finland early June. YardMate gives a presentation in the event and meets the Polish delegation, our Polish-Finnish collaboration evolves!
